[05.10.03] PR.com v5.51 Things have been a bit slow on the front-end because I'm trying to iron out some of the remaining kinks in my MT installation from about a month ago. I think I'm making good progress. I've slimmed down the templates to economize on rebuild time, and implemented this hack to cut down on duplicate comments (which seem to be occurring automatically not through any fault of the commenter). Also built out are permalinks to individual comments.

A few days ago, I was alerted to a rather nasty problem this site has in Netscape 4. Er, it doesn't work at all, or it crashes. To all who still use that old contraption: get yourself a new browser! Ultimately, it's highly inefficient to spend over 50% of my coding time designing for something that's less than 2% of the market. And for your part, you'll finally get to see the web the way it was meant to be seen. I did use this opportunity, however, to create a plain-text, PDA-accessible version of the site.

Might I recommend www.mt-plugins.org? Great stuff there--solutions for problems you never even knew you had! Me likey MTAmazon, MTPaginate, MTColumnize, and MTRegex very much, oh yes.
