🗺 Redistricting

It’s notable that California Democrats are going to extra-constitutional lengths to gerrymander the state when the party nationally has gotten substantially better at redistricting. The pro-Republican structural bias of the House is nowhere near that of the 2010s — and in fact, there’s a slight pro-Democratic bias now.

No maps yet, but here is a leaked report on what Dems are planning.
