Preview the Wisconsin Battleground Brief
Our next installment takes us back to the big swings of the Rust Belt
Dear readers old and new,
Over the last year, I’ve been creating detailed deep dives of each of the battleground states, with detailed precinct-level regional classifications. My hope has been to go beyond surface-level county-level analysis to uncover the unique political DNA of each state. As I go through this series, and am able to do more comparisons across states, I get a better feel for what caused a given set of states to swing one way in past elections—and to understand better what they might do in 2024.
You can read my past pieces on Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Arizona.
As a special thanks to paid subscribers, I’m previewing the 23 (!) political regions of Wisconsin for paid subscribers including a Mega Chart and topline takeaways. As always, I hope the feedback I get members of the community will make the final product even better.
